Suvin is a multi-disciplinary designer whose background in architecture, and current experience in urban planning, has helped shape her approach towards design – particularly in thinking of the connections between people, policy, and place.
At Framework, she translates community voices and complex ideas into clear and accessible visuals that help people see themselves reflected in the planning process. Her work bridges architecture and planning through storytelling, diagramming, and analysis, with a growing interest in how playful design can spark conversation about how we build and shape our environments.
Before joining Framework, Suvin worked as an architectural designer on projects from community-driven town center design to mixed-use buildings. She contributed to the rebuilding vision for Greenville, CA, after the Dixie Fire, exploring fire-resilient strategies and workforce housing solutions. She also facilitated engagement with local youth and Maidu community members, emphasizing respect, collaboration, and amplifying minority and Indigenous voices.
